Our Policies

The gate timings are between 7 am to 10 p.m. Kindly return back to the premises by 10 p.m.
Weekly cleaning of the room is done during the weekend. In case you need it on a specific day and time, you can inform the managers about the same.
Nobody from our team will open the door of your room without your presence or permission. This won't be applicable if you or any of your roommates have given us a one month notice to vacate the premises.
Visitor hours are from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. No opposite gender visitors are allowed in any of our properties. Same gender visitors coming to stay the night with the tenant in their room must seek permission from the manager beforehand. The charges of such a night stay will be extra per night and must be paid in advance by the tenant.
Every room has its own power sub-meters which are to be paid by the resident(s) of that room.
Any damages in the room (including general wear and tear) will be borne by the resident(s) of that room.
Every resident has entered according to lease concurrence with an agreed time of 11 month. However, one can end this agreement ealier by giving a one month notice.
The rent must be paid within 5 days of rent due date. After which late fee of Rs.500/day will be applicable.
The security deposit is an interest free amount that will be refunded only after the resident has checked out peacefully from our premises. It will not be adjusted in the rent.
Please keep your belongings safely. We will not be responsible for the same.
Smoking and consuming liquor is prohibited.
To book any room, we take a booking amount which is non-refundable and non-transferable in case of cancellation or no show.
We believe in keep our clients as well as our employees happy and safe. Incase of any ill treatment towards our employees, we reserve the right to give the notice to vacate to the resident(s).

Refund Policies

To book any room, we take a booking amount which is non-refundable and non-transferable in case of cancellation or no show.
Every resident has entered according to lease concurrence with an agreed time of 11 month. However, to vacate the premises earlier than the rent termination date, we need a one month notice. The notice form is with the managers which need to be filled and submitted back to the managers.
Once we have received a check out notice from you, we can open your room to show it to potential tenants. The same is applicable in case one of your roommates has intimated to vacate the premises. We request you to keep your stuff safely in your almirahs locked, we recommend that anyways in case you are sharing rooms with others as part of your own safety.
Once you peacefully handover the premises, a thorough inspection of the room is done by the manager. The security deposit is refunded approximately 5 business days (after deducting charges if any) after your check out.
Shri Ram Houses reserves the right to modify these policies at any time without prior notice. We recommend our guests to review the policies periodically to stay informed of any changes.
Incase of any emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, we may take an exception and encourage our guests to contact us directly (Whatsapp messsage us on 8368181866) to discuss the possibility of waiving cancellation fees or other possible options. We are here to assist you and ensure you have a pleasant experience.
