- The gate timings are between 7 am to 10 p.m. Kindly return back to the premises by 10 p.m.
- Weekly cleaning of the room is done during the weekend. In case you need it on a specific day and time, you can inform the managers about the same.
- Nobody from our team will open the door of your room without your presence or permission. This won’t be applicable if you or any of your roommates have given us a one month notice to vacate the premises.
- Visitor hours are from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. No opposite gender visitors are allowed in any of our properties. Same gender visitors coming to stay the night with the tenant in their room must seek permission from the manager beforehand. The charges of such a night stay will be extra per night and must be paid in advance by the tenant.
- Every room has its own power sub-meters which are to be paid by the resident(s) of that room.
- Any damages in the room (including general wear and tear) will be borne by the resident(s) of that room.
- Every resident has entered according to lease concurrence with an agreed time of 11 month. However, one can end this agreement earlier by giving a one month notice.
- The rent must be paid within 5 days of rent due date. After which late fee of Rs.500/day will be applicable.
- The security deposit is an interest free amount that will be refunded only after the resident has checked out peacefully from our premises. It will not be adjusted in the rent.
- Please keep your belongings safely. We will not be responsible for the same.
- Smoking and consuming liquor is prohibited.
- To book any room, we take a booking amount which is non-refundable and non-transferable in case of cancellation or no show.
- We believe in keep our clients as well as our employees happy and safe. Incase of any ill treatment towards our employees, we reserve the right to give the notice to vacate to the resident(s).
