  1. To book any room, we take a booking amount which is non-refundable and non-transferable in case of cancellation or no show.
  2. Every resident has entered according to lease concurrence with an agreed time of 11 month. However, to vacate the premises earlier than the rent termination date, we need a one month notice. The notice form is with the managers which need to be filled and submitted back to the managers.
  3. Once we have received a check out notice from you, we can open your room to show it to potential tenants. The same is applicable in case one of your roommates has intimated to vacate the premises. We request you to keep your stuff safely in your almirahs locked, we recommend that anyways in case you are sharing rooms with others as part of your own safety.
  4. Once you peacefully handover the premises, a thorough inspection of the room is done by the manager. The security deposit is refunded approximately 5 business days (after deducting charges if any) after your check out.
  5. Shri Ram Houses reserves the right to modify these policies at any time without prior notice. We recommend our guests to review the policies periodically to stay informed of any changes.
  6. Incase of any emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, we may take an exception and encourage our guests to contact us directly (Whatsapp messsage us on 8368181866) to discuss the possibility of waiving cancellation fees or other possible options.
